Changing the name in the 'From' field in emails sent from Koha

  1. Open up Koha Librarian interface
  2. Click Administration
  3. Click Global System Preferences
  4. Search for 'KohaAdmin'
  5. Change 'KohaAdminEmailAddress' to Whatever you want in front <yourAdminEmail@address.com> instead of just yourAdminEmail@address.com
  6. Save your changes

This will change the 'From' name field to whatever you want.

So what you will end up with Koha Auto-Dispatch Service <yourAdminEmail@address.com> in KohaAdminEmailAddress is an email with
Koha Auto-Dispatch Service in the From: field, along with the email address, which should give users more information about the purpose of the email.
